[Unable to Reproduce] Jigsaw Treasure Hunter freezes then crashes

Jigsaw Treasure Hunter - game freezes after moving a few pieces then the screen goes blank....  Cannot play.  When will this be fixed?

    Thank you all for the reports on these issues. Based on the information we received and an investigation into the game. Jigsaw is currently working as intended. 

    If you are seeing issues, these may be momentary issues and I would recommend checking out some of the troubleshooting we have below. 

    I will be closing this thread. If you see issues in the future that seems consistent please make a new post on our forums and if possible share the following information, so we can provide the most relevant info for the issue. 

    - What is happening? What should be happening?

    - What steps have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

    - Which web browser(s) are you using?

    - What type of device are you using? If relevant what type of Graphics card are you using?

    - Attach a DxDiag if possible.

    A few things to try.  Try using chrome.  Make sure you delete your cache in chrome, and make sure it is using hardware acceleration.  Start chrome again, and make sure nothing else is running.

    Will it play the game now?  If not you may not have a good enough video card.

    If you could give us a little more information it would be a fantastic help.

    Could you let us know what difficulty you're playing when you encounter this issue and what puzzle you are doing when it occurs.
