Were you able to get logged back in? If you're still running into this issue, have you tried logging into your account in a different browser, or clearing your cache and cookies?
I have requested a password change, 3 times. have successfully changed my password, I have tried 2 browsers, cleared all cache and cookies. spent 3 hours on the phone with my antivirus support, and am still unable to sign in on my laptop. Using Windows 10. This issue came up suddenly. I was able to sign in on my phone, but the screen is just too small for me to be able to navigate or play games. Any suggestions?

When you're signing in on the phone are you using the wi-fi or your phone's data plan?
If you're able to sign in using the data plan that would suggest something specific to the wireless network you're connected to on your laptop may be causing some issues.
In that case I'd try the steps under Try Basic Connection Troubleshooting towards the bottom of this page:

Power cycling/restarting your router and trying a different DNS as described in that section would be the best set of steps to try at that point.
I used my wi-fi on my phone to sign in. The phone uses Chrome browser. I did find that if I used Firefox on my laptop, I was able to sign in successfully. But not on either Chrome or Edge browsers.
Community ManagerHave tried incognito. No luck. Tried restarting the router. No luck. Does not go any further than asking me for my password on every browser (Edge and Chrome) but Firefox.
Three hours on the phone w/ tech support for my AV program and they determined it must be an issue from the website. I am doubtful since others have no problem and a trusted friend was able to sign in w/ my creditentials on her computer.
