    HI @Player_l0g238pw Thanks for the additional information, If we are on an older device that does not get updates this can lead to issues with playing Pogo games. Do you have a device that is updated to test on? 

    Can you check if your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games?

It's been going on for about a month - so I've done all this numerous times. I don't  have the latest browser, however, as my computer is old and won't allow the browser to update.  But it happens across browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari.
