Merge Academy - Box Car Disappearing

Same here. I had the same problem in solitaire home story where the event I was playing just suddenly stopped early as well

Thanks for sharing this with us. There could be a few potential causes. To help me narrow that down, could you share the following information in your replies, please:

• The device you're using (PC, Mac, iPhone, etc), 
• The web browser you're using, 
• Your Pogo screen name,
• If there are any error messages popping up
• What troubleshooting steps you've completed

I'll do my best and will be better able to share any helpful advice once I can understand things a bit more.

I'm using PC on Firefox.  Screen name is fscarlson.  No error messages.  I tried everything within the game, rebooted my computer, and that's about all I can think of to do.

Thanks for getting back with the answers to my questions. I'm honestly not 100% sure what might be causing it just yet. 

It might help to run through some of the basic troubleshooting steps I've popped below. They can help things sync back up and solve most issues:

• Clear your Cache/Cookies  
• Check your Device or updates, check for Browser Updates     
• Test it out from a different browser. You mentioned Firefox, try Chrome. 
• Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.

I've already tried all your suggestions with no success.  Now, I have another issue when trying to merge like tiles.  The game used to work.  Again, I don't think the problem is with my computer.  I believe the problem is on your end.  Merge is not the only game that has issues, and it seems to be happening more frequently.  Color me disappointed.
