Weird Jewel Academy loading issue

Everything was working fine until yesterday. Then Jewel Academy stopped loading when I started it from Early Access. But it loads without a problem from Pogo Classic. Here's the computer info (I'm us...

    Hey there, @drypelia. Thanks for the update!

    While you may have already tried this, could you try clearing your browser cache and let me know if it improves loading for you on Early Access?

Hey there, @drypelia.

As this does appear to be specific to Pogo Early Access, I moved it to the New Pogo Experience forum.

When it fails to load, do you get a specific error message or does it hang?
