Thank you for the reply. I'm sorry, but i did not know that this was an open forum. I'm trying to get someone from POGO to call me and help me through this. I have tried ALL of the suggestions that POGO has sent to me over the past 7 or 8 months. NONE of them have worked.
I'm running POGO on a laptop computer that runs Win 7 HP SP1 x64. Any suggestions for me to upgrade to Win 10 or Win 11 will be ignored. I am on a VERY fixed income and can not afford to upgrade my equipment.
The last thing I heard from POGO was that there was going to be an update to POGO that would make my Mini Collection available to view about September 5, 2022. September has come and gone with no further report from POGO, and STILL unable to access my Mini Collection. My POGO subscription will expire about January 15, 2023. If this problem can not be resolved by then I will let it expire WITHOUT renewal.
I have read where others have the ability to access their Mini Collections with no problems. I would like to access mine, also. Any helpful suggestion would be appreciated.
