Bejeweled Stars Progress Not Saving

I had to get a new phone and the progress on my old phone is not coming thru to the new phone. I have logged into my Apple account on the new device but I am missing about 100 levels of progress, coins, and jewels. It is almost like the progress on my old device has not uploaded for months. I tried on my iPad as well and it shows the lack of progress as well. I double checked and my Apple account is linked to my EA account. Any suggestions?

  • Sorry this has happened to you.  This has been happening to a lot of people, and we (players) aren't getting any straight answers from EA.  It also seems as though once data has stopped saving there is no way to get it to start saving again.  As some have said, once out of sync, always out of sync.  There is a Bejeweled Stars Players' Group on FB, where there are numerous discussions regarding this issue, going back over a year, if you'd like to read more.
