Why can't I play Sweet Tooth Town

Game loads on my tablet and what comes up is a picture of streets, 2 cars going back and forth, a building in the center and if I click on it I get "under construction" and a message about the next "...

I wanted to confirm if this is still happening for you? Can you try clearing your browsers cache and let me know if this continues?

Yes this is still happening I have cleaned up my computer, cookies ect. The game is still under construction thanks for your help
