Why is it so hard to get three stars in story quest.

Question

Lucky Cat Bingo is not loading again.&nbsp; It loads and takes my tokens but does not bring up the cards or numbers to play.&nbsp; &nbsp;and why did you make it so hard to earn three stars in Story Quest? I'm a senior and I play it over and over and can get two stars and the third star starts to load but instead of awarding it to me it takes me back to Challenge central.&nbsp; I think something is wrong with that.&nbsp; I wish there was an explanation on how many points you need to earn three stars.&nbsp; I can reach 7,200 points.&nbsp; Thank you for your time.&nbsp;Best Regards,Brenda Rainey&nbsp;

I believe I can help you with some of your questions.&nbsp;Story Quest Weekly Challenge"Complete a scene with 3 stars 25 times this week"Find your favorite level and stick with that level/scene to complete the challenge, also make sure every game you are collecting the bonus items! By using this method I was able to complete the challenge.Lucky Cat BingoThis game did endure a few loading issues recently - however I double checked the game for you before replying and I was able to complete a game.Could you try exiting the site,&nbsp;clean your device of all cookies, cache, history, check for updates and reboot?Make sure while you're gaming, to close any additional windows you may have open, letting Pogo be the only site open will help with loading &amp; performance.&nbsp;Additionally, EA Community Manager EA_Illium has provided our community with a&nbsp;Pogo Trouble Shooting Guide&nbsp;if we run into issues.&nbsp;If you experience any further difficulties, please feel free to reach out again here or contact&nbsp;EA Help&nbsp;or visit the&nbsp;Pogo Forms&nbsp;specifically for this game for additional support.Hope some of these steps will help you with Story Quest &amp; Lucky Cat Bingo!

If you don’t get the green star for the scene the first time are you able to go back and retry until you get it?
