“Delete City” Button

Maybe I’m losing my mind, but is this button new?  (Settings/About). I just stumbled across it the other day and I have questions, perhaps questions that may warrant an update to one of the pin...

    @trebor8827 All of your questions' answer is YES. I have tested it. It means everything is gone just like nothing ever happened and time is back to several months/years ago.
