9 years agoPurchase error - product not recieved, still charged.
Hi EA-support,
I'm currently enjoying playing Sim City BUILDIT, app on android. I purchased additional Sim-cash (Daily Simcash) but something went wrong, probably I breifly lost internet connection during the transaction.
The problem is that I was charged with the purchase without recieving the SimCash. If i try again I get the following error message: "Hello Mayor! Sorry, you purchase has not been completed. Please try again. (Error code 1900.12.999 - Player id: 1138631430)"
Can you please help me with resolving this issue, either by sending the money back or make sure I recieve the SimCash I tried to purchase.
