Community ManagerI also need to highlight how completely tone deaf EA and the developers are in regards to the needs of the players. We have been complaining about bugs, about how much the majority of the community hates Seasonal Currency, and our suggestions to improve the game are largely ignored. The Community Moderators see our posts and do nothing about it, and instead post unhelpful game "guides".
A great suggestion that might maybe actually positively impact the game is to actually communicate with players and actually gather are out ideas as opposed to blindly releasing updates and then asking for feedback. If EA (statement being inclusive of all EA employees including developers and community managers) are not willing to actually engage with players and community, then the only feedback I can offer is this forum and the game should be closed. This entire approach of development and asking for player feedback is a gigantic waste of everyone's time, developers, players, and everyone.
