This latest change with building renovations, multiple road issues and all services saying they are short on supply when they are all over supply, has ruined the game.
I’ve been playing for years, I’ve maxed out to level 99, I spend cash, cash and more cash and will now quit because of your ridiculous changes to the games structure.
I suppose the bright side for me is, I won’t be wasting money anymore.
You asked about service 2.0 update, my answer is ‘utterly dreadful, get rid of it’.
