I have issues now since you did the update i have buildings that are in the service area not getting the service from various services. Ive tried moving buildings adding  roads adding extra service buildings……

NOTHING WORKS MY POPULATIN AND ANY MONEY I SPENT WENT UP IN SMOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
