The funny thing is that I have three cities: two on Android devices and one on an iPad.
I have been dealing with the new services on two of these since the day they were announced, and the defects are consistent across Android and iOS. I tried reporting them to customer service using two different accounts, but they failed to acknowledge the defects and instead told me it was just part of the game's design. In fact, the entire exchange was condescending and insulting.
Nobody monitoring this forum seems to be accepting comments about the user experience problems or defects/bugs as constructive criticism. Nor is customer service assisting with game problems.
The game is no longer playable. After 10 years, I have decided to stop playing this game altogether (stopping on all three cities).
Well at least it’s not just me!
There seems to be no consideration for those who have put a lot of time, effort and Money into their cities. I feel like this could be the final straw for me too as no one in EA seems to think it important to keep loyal players. Total shambles.
