Community ManagerI am still rebuilding (re-servicing) my city and regions. While My Main City is is functional again, I am not happy as there is still work do to. The amount of work and effort to restore my fully functional city was not something that I would have volunteered for.
My supply of Neo-Simoleons is continually running dry, even with "Gifted" Service Buildings. These Building are not the same size as the original services and required moving everything around, causing additional issues with roads and new capacities. I have spent now 1.5 million is Neo-Simoleons upgrading additional Service Buildings and about million in Simoleons for road upgrades or purchasing items for abandoned buildings.
Some colleterial damage was incurred, I was close to fully upgrading the Viking Ship to the final level, but I was completely derailed by the Service 2.0 update.
In-Game Support for this update has been non-existent; the lack of communication both from Support and here in EA forums have lacking at best. The Gifts are not sufficient compensation for the effects of the update on my city or my sanity. It is going to take me months to affect all the needed to adjust to my city and regions to put things right. My Expectations is that additional "Gifts" will be added before this update is pushed out to more players along with a lot more communication.
