Community ManagerI love this game but one of my regions has been 100% unplayable since the update because even if I supply 2x the capacity needed for the demand in services I’m getting feedback from my town that they can’t have power, or waste management. Same with the fire, hospital and police services. My buildings are well in range and not getting service. I reported this with images clearly showing buildings not getting service that were connected to a road and the bar demonstrating that my capacity well exceed my demand but EA support gave me the same nonanswer that - IF IT WERE THE CASE - I would have fixed already. I have access to Google. I’m not an idiot. I’ve been playing sims for decades and I love this franchise but I’m so disappointed that we haven’t had a bug fix on this yet. I know I’m not the only one having this problem.
Welcome to the club... and I am feeling with you, the level of service is disappointing. As mentioned in another thread, at a bare minimum they should acknowledge the existence of this obviously wide spread bug.
All four of my regions are unplayable. Fully leveled up services don’t cover the same areas they did before. I’ve wasted 7-8 simoleons. Horrible
