Services upgrade is going terribly, first of all the “gifts” were not nearly enough, about a third I’d say. Second, once you get the buildings moved and the services upgraded, you’ve spent all your simoleons and a bunch of sim cash - if you have it. I had roughly 1.6 million simoleons and about 2k in sim cash, I spent it all, and still don’t have everything I need, and to add insult to injury, the services are red even though there’s enough capacity. It’s getting old…
