Community ManagerI have the same issue as everyone here. My roads are well connected. My capacity is above demand and yet inhabitants are leaving the city. I’m just new to this game, the problem appeared as soon as I got level 7.

Demand = 115(+100)=215
I think your capacity needs to be increased to cover demand 215.
I upgraded my services to be sure. However nothing has changed, the capacity is twice the current demand and is equal to the potential maximum demand.
That is sad, I hope they remove the bugs soon.
