Capacity = 172 

Demand = 115(+100)=215 

I think your capacity needs to be increased to cover demand 215.

I upgraded my services to be sure. However nothing has changed, the capacity is twice the current demand and is equal to the potential maximum demand.

    That is sad, I hope they remove the bugs soon.
