Community ManagerMy capital and regions keep reorganizing the services needs. I'd set them so everything is covered, thete are no changes to population or move anything, just come in to gather industrial or commercial items or use HQ deliveries and the services go red needs get shifted to exclude a building. I'd fix it, all good, then same thing happens next time I visit. There's no reason for this except trying to scam me out of simoleons and Sim bucks to upgrade way beyond needed or drive me to quit the game altogether.
Fix this, it's making the game impossible to play.
It helps to move the two problematic police stations so that their areas of coverage do not touch.
Well, if they don't overlap there isn't enough to cover the population. Either way, it is FUBARed.
I that case, some reorganisation of residential buildings might help. Like switching Level 6 homes for Level 2 homes between areas of the stations.
