This update needs to be reversed or services need to be grandfathered in for anyone with more than two regions. Upgrade costs are ridiculously high and increase incrementally, having to repair buildings that were disrupted by the update is sinister and bs.
Reverse the update, automatically max all services, or give millions of sim/regional coins just to complete upgrades or buy new services. Other than that after years of playing and all the real cash I’ve spent I will no longer play and just move on.
