Do you ever bother to look at the replies to your post?
It is obvious that the 2.0 service update is HATED by players, from seasoned players to relative newbies. You have completely wrecked and destroyed the game, and people are leaving in droves - all because you cannot admit you have made a complete and utter mess of things.
Something like 3 or 4 years ago, I wrote and referenced Laurel & Hardy: i.e. 'Why can't you leave well enough alone?'
Of course, as we have all come to expect, my post was ignored.
Now, with this update, you have made playing the game IMPOSSIBLE for so many long term players. You obviously have no respect or care for your players, and it I were to state my opinions in terms which are crowned upon, no doubt this post would be deleted.
Why not try something new? Show some understanding for the irritation and frustration you are causing so many players, scrap the 2.0 service update, and return the game to some semblance of playability.
How many complaints have to be registered before you take even an iota of notice? Try apologising to everyone, and reverse all the errors you have introduced which make the game IMPOSSIBLE to play.

At the start of this thread, you said: 'We're listening!' I'm afraid I have seen no evidence of that, nor, I venture to add, have many others.
