Thanks for passing that on Milton4778.
I can't seem to access any services from the new menu since the update. They seem to be buried under a helmet on the bottom right of my screen, but their green icons are too small to see clearly, and too small to click.
Could you pop up a screenshot of how it's showing up in the game for you? It'd be good for us to get a visual on what you're seeing with the blurry images and how small 'small' is.
When I try to touch one, it reverts to the level above...
I'm not sure I fully understand what's happening for you with this. Would you mind sharing a bit more? Are you saying that when you click on the new services menu, you lose a level? So you go from say '38' to '37'?

What is it that you do not understand? We are saying that EA and the gaming team developers have changed the capacity-demand for all Power, Water, Sewage, Waste Management, Fire, Police and Health buildings. The demand portion of this equation is what they changed. Now in our Green Valley Regional City - demand went from under 100 units (because we had 3 solar farms at 35 units each, enough to supply the demand) to 1976 demand units.Just imagine what this cost would be if our Capital City; in which it does, have a population of 10-20 times that of our Green Valley.
This new demand rule is now like this for every service in SCBI. We as established players have built our cities under the old rules, meaning that we have purchased enough capacity to overcome the demand. Now with this new update we are at a huge shortage of capacity. Causing every player to basically start over - when we have already played by the rules. Each player now has to deal with "upgrading" all of these services and the bad part of this - even if we did upgrade every service that we had previously purchased; there still would be a severe shortage of these services and the need to purchase more.
This is causing every player that has had this new update pushed to - to spend an enormous amount of Simoleans. And if you actually read the posts - some of the players do not have enough Simoleans to make these purchases.
Not only is this very costly but if we have to purchase more of these service buildings to meet this new outrageous demand. - this would end up taking away from valuable property placements for new residential to move our cities forward.
Just a horrible, uncalled for update to a cash-cow app that EA has turned into a fiasco.
And by the way - why are you not talking about the sale of EA to an investment firm held by the Saudi Arabians? This acquisition will be finalized in fiscal 2027 which starts April 2026. Can you trust these people? And how secure is our financial and personal information going to be?
