I can't seem to access any services from the new menu since the update. They seem to be buried under a helmet on the bottom right of my screen, but their green icons are too small to see clearly, and too small to click.
Could you pop up a screenshot of how it's showing up in the game for you? It'd be good for us to get a visual on what you're seeing with the blurry images and how small 'small' is.
When I try to touch one, it reverts to the level above...
I'm not sure I fully understand what's happening for you with this. Would you mind sharing a bit more? Are you saying that when you click on the new services menu, you lose a level? So you go from say '38' to '37'?

Why don't you stop pretending that you do not know what this thread is all about. And STOP LYING TO PLAYERS AND TELLING THEM TO "KEEP IT COMING, WE ARE LISTENING".
You nor anyone else at EA is listening. EA's authoritarian style of leadership went out the front door decades ago. Do it my way or else do not play.
We are wondering if you have ever sat on our side of the fence and actually thought about what you are doing to the players or understanding how we feel? Put yourselves in our shoes for just two minutes and you will feel the pain, the misery, the feeling of being left out by you not acting on our concerns. This is not just about playing the game anymore it is about compassion, feeling remorse at something this company has done to turn so many players against you.
What a great way to give back to the players that support your cash-flow stream. Take our money and run without regards to how we feel. Just awesome.
We will ask you just one question: how can you justify your position at EA? Do you not have any compassion for the players at all? Or is making you salary more important than this issue? How do you sleep at night knowing that you are blowing off the very people that help to pay your salary.
We think that EA is going for the award to win the title of the "worst company in America to deal with" again. Congrats you have my vote.
Yep no one at or in EA know how it’s affected us the players. They simply say oooooo we are listening. Yeah right listening to their bosses not the players. Try this or I should say look what I found and I’ll keep posting this so everyone knows. Pity EA couldn’t do this at the start of the implementation of the so called 2.0 upgrade.
