Really really terrible “upgrade” - I “fixed” one city but used all my regional tokens, a ton of simoleons but worst bit is I have to archive lots of stuff to create space for all these extra utilities etc. total and utter sh*t - i won’t bother with the other 3 cities.

    Same here, I have areas with more utility buildings than residential and it looks like garbage and not realistic at all.
