It's pretty clear that EA does not really care what we think about Services 2.0 nor about the players of the game. I am no longer actively playing, though I do open the game every now and again to see just how low the happiness in my cities can go. It's sort of like limbo, in more ways than one.
It is amusing to see how many players have tried, and failed, to fix their cities. I am not one of them. I didn't care enough to waste my effort to fix what EA had ruined, and I still don't care.
It is shocking to think about how much time I used to spend on this game. The funny thing is that I don't really miss it. My playing time is down from hours to minutes, or even seconds. Soon it should be down to zero. I am playing more solitaire. The good thing is that I can sometimes win and I do not worry about them changing the rules.
Goodbye, and good riddance EA.

I’m probably playing 10% than I used to and not missing it. Watching some buildings are on fire (no fire coverage) and abandoned buildings go dark somewhat puts my city closer to reality. Vs everything used to be quite perfect. Not wasting time nor money to fix.
it was fun when it was good, and I was willing to pay for the premium pass for the fun.
No longer visiting this forum much like two three weeks ago either. Moving on to other stuff and my Lego.
