Community Manager8 year player here. In fact, I have played every incarnation of SimCity since SimTown. Super Services 2.0 has hands down been the worst "upgrade" ever. It has decimated all five of my regions and the Capital city. For no reason other than the developers seem to be bored? They add unnecessary things, charge more, and make this game feel more like a job and less like entertainment. Endless in-game pop ups, exorbitant prices, unattainable goals. I hit every CoM weekly target, yet came only a few hundred points of finishing the weekly calender challenge. ??? How can one make a target that's impossible to hit? I've also lost four of my water service buildings over the past three weeks. Two freshwater treatment plants, and two saltwater treatment plants. I used them in design challenge, and they were never returned to my inventory. Try as I might, there is no one to fix the issue; just AI recycling old articles, asking if they solved the problem (SPOILER ALERT: I STILL DONT HAVE MY REWARDS) This has been a real slap in the face to people who have spent years of time and real money on this game. 30 years a fan, and I bet not one of these developers have ever played. I had posted another eloquent thread, but it was deleted cuz I asked if a certain someone had bought the game cuz it was mimicking real life, and apparently free speech is prohibited here.
