10 Year Anniversary Upgrade - Sim City Build It

REALLY peeved off with EA and this latest upgrade. Rarely had a problem before this 10 year anniversary upgrade. And as usual EA ignores their customers. I have cleared more caches than l care to think about, installed, uninstalled multiple times and still can NOT get a stable platform to play on. Often wont load at all or plays for maybe a few minuets then crashes and cannot reload. Doesnt matter whether l go from app or google play or play games; same result. Totally peeved off and fed up.

  • @51232694 Have you checked for any updates to your operating system and Google Play services lately?
Is there something else running in the background that might be interfering with the game?
    Just a thought. 🤔

Have done all that checked all that and tried multiple times across 4 different devices; even on stripped down kids device/tablet.

@51232694 The same thing happens on 4 devices? Wow that's bad news indeed and very unusual 🤔
Do they all meet the minimum specs?

They are all up to date and even one of them we did a factory reset. They are 3 different brands; so its not the tablets, their age or their OS. ALL where fine and working ok until this latest upgrade.

@51232694 Sorry I cannot help you further, it could be anything.
Having a bit of a connection issue here myself and I can't figure that out either.
What you could try is to turn off WiFi and/or mobile data on your tablet and then launch the game.
If it loads, turn your WiFi back on and see what happens after that.
