What’s the go with this city? Puts in roads that spell out their phone number, what’s app and asks people to contact them regarding green cash etc!

I'm not sure what the harm is. I mean no one should contact them.but the depot is always filled with good items so I liked coming across them in the gtc.
It makes my game play more fun when I can find those hard items in a pinch
I have the same with Barleycorn Point. Apart from the WhatsApp phone number it has zero population, no factories yet constantly has items in its depot for sale, immediately replaced, and nearly always appears in Global Trade. I have reported it to EA but needless to say nothing has been done. There are also other cities with default names doing the same. This game, along with the cheating, is rapidly going downhill.
Me to Barley Corn Point. I reported it also about two weeks ago. Yes, still there game has done nothing.
They can put them in the naughty server or delete them

Well it didn’t last long. Barleycorn Point is back again after 3 weeks
In my game it's "Kazoo Basin". Only regular commercial items and not all of them. Found it late last Challenge, disappeared for a while but returned at the beginning of the 2nd to last round of the current Challenge. The prices are always max retail.
I agree with the above solution. I find it very helpful. Think of it as an Anti-Danial.
