When you enter to the war map, you can see the last war report (if you didn't start another one), you can tap on each member and see where are they now and what is their city name now, this is helpful because you can see where they hang out later, generally, in other cheaters clubs. But you can always save the code of the Club, they can change the name, but I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that the code remains as the same. if you haven't started a new war and you've seen them make those changes, you can send that additional information if you opened a report case to EA. I guess this is useful, but yes, I agree, our '' ID '' should be public, so we can report that ID instead.

just came to my mind... I don't know why this game still doesn't have a ''add friend'' option... or look up player profile... everything is behind a city profile that is lost in nothing when you leave a club, or simply change the name of the city, and it is that in reality, in the game we do not have names, our names are the ones that our city have, so we got used to saying, Hi New York! How you been? weird.

@BlazinsZI picture all our wars, and upload on our site, with all cheaters tagged. So, easy to find it, We use to check it, (what you suggested) where they go, and what they do, are they banned on or not...etc. They got banned eventually, but after 3 or more months. For your info, if they are good, they need half an hour to set up new cities again. So what's the point? All our effort, of reporting, needs months to take place, and they are back even stronger the next day...☹️
I start to believe that they are part of the community, part of business model. As much as possible, more people to play the game, no metter how. What else is that cheater server, dedicated place just for them, where they can practice new hacks all day long.

Why? if game is modified, it should be blocked immediately. Game over.
Instead of that, you have completely functional game, just on another server.

If they want, they can solve problem just by blocking emulators and rooted devices, and eventually separate servers for ios and android.

I'm an honest hard working player in the game and was innocently sent to the naughty island. My app on my android phone started to behavior weirdly ever since the vu wasp update and would cause the game to crash when loading it almost every time. The only way I could access my city was to reset the game and do the tutorial and login into my city from google play. I grew frustrated with the repetitive nuance of this method and sought an alternative method of playing through a bluestacks emulator. The emulator worked fine and was able to access my city again until last night. I was removed from my club during a war match and sent to the naughty island for unknown reasons at the time. I contacted the support team and said I violated one of their rules with the emulator even though I predominately play the game still on my phone. I sent another ticket to appeal their decision. I don't know if this is temporary or permanent residence in the naughty island, I just want to play the game with my club who I can't contact since I don't use a Facebook account. How did you teammates get out of the prison any advice from their experience would be beneficial. It's been 24 hours since I been sent to this prison place and close to leaving the game for good.

I'm stuck in purgatory forever since the agent Prakhar kept giving the same corporate response and I demanded someone to review my case which never happened. Then finally he  played I feel bad that I can't get your city reinstated but understand how you feel response but would like to inform you that you have violated the rule under section 6 of our terms and agreement in terms of "War currency within the game".  We hope that you'll just start over and feel free to contact us in the future if you have any problems with your new city. This problem would never have occurred if they fixed the constant crashing problem I was constantly enduring since the vu wasps update. I'm done with the game now since the support team apparently has no balls to fix technical problems that the game has and are too incompetent at getting someone else to reinstate my city from purgatory. The tech support for this game has proven time and time again on why EA is one of thee most hated gaming companies around showing that you don't care about us fans that play the right ways for years but care more for the almighty dollar.

@HIng1eMcKrIng1eDid you do something suspicious or wrong concerning war currency? Out of curiosity on what device you were playing through the emulator?

If the answer is no to first question, contact EA directly to their website. Just Google EA help.

The answer is no to war currency cheating earned it legitimately through five ways: war match outcomes, war chest rewards, war repairs, war card packs, achieve certain levels in contest of mayors season passes. I only had 7900 war currency to my city when removed from the game. Isn't the EA help just going to send me to zendesk support if that's where I'm supposed to go I already tried that method. The agent from the zendesk I got was horrible and made that remark about war currency.  The answer to the second question is BlueStacks emulator on laptop to replicate a Samsung Galaxy S7 or 8 one time and get punished for that is a little harsh. Always played war matches on my real phone easier to play on.
