5th Region 10M Population
Can we lower the population needed for 5th region? I like to focus on my creativity side. Not maximizing population. Majority of my regions are landscape.

A lot of players have bust a gut to unlock all the regions.
Some like me are pretty close to doing the same.
It's taken me since the first three regions were created, then along came another two and to get as close as I am now to unlocking the last one has taken years of time, effort and resources.
To lower the population requirements now would be a smack in the teeth and I for one have had a gut full of them lately with the game as it is.
The clue is in the name of the game.... 🤔

My first city has all 5 regions. It's doable. But id you like the artistic design, you can always do a bunch of building first, hit the 10 Mil population, then tear down and build pretty.
