Thanks for the update, it sure is taking a long time. I do hope they can get us back to how we were before the error occurred.
I’ve serious doubts that we will get our game back to the way it was they are accusing people of cheating and banning them.
some of the groups I’m in have members that this has happened to.

The email to you said that the help desk is responding.However, I'm worried because I can hardly hear the story that the city was actually restored.
