I haven't been on the main server since this error occurred. I never got the chance to tell my club what happened to me. None of this makes sense.
I’ve been moved back twice — both times once a CoM track has finished. I think the process is automated and is the result of consistent complaints each day. Someone puts me on the list to be moved when they’re out of form letters and tired of hearing from me.
Each time, once my club went to war, and I launched a single attack (slap), I’m automatically sent back to NI. There’s something from the server crash that caused some variables in the game to automatically trigger EA’s brilliant cheat mechanism. They can’t figure it out nor fix it which is why we are all rotting away in NI.

Another week and still no response I guess we are left without our cities now.

It's been almost 2 months since the problem started.But the lost data is still not recovered.
Has anyone had EA recover city data? I'm worried that EA will continue to say it's under investigation. - 3 years ago
They've told me to stop contacting them that they'll contact me once they are done investigating. It's not like they're trying to solve a complex crime or something... EA and/or their servers screwed up and they can't figure out why. They should be working to get our cities back on the main server, not closing our tickets and telling us to be patient. It's now been 2 months. :-(

I just keep adding new reports but there all ignored now so I guess the city is gone.

Just waiting for some news, hoping it gets solved but not expecting it. Hard to understand why it's taking so long to figure out.

I'm still pinging them every few days. They say to be patient and that some cities have been fixed. I ask when mine will be fixed. They tell me they're sorry I'm upset and they'd feel the same way. It's been almost 3 months. This is beyond ridiculous.

Unfortunately, the issue is with the development team and they are working to get this fixed.
Wanted to share, I've pretty much given up.
