When are the Mass Transit HQs going to be completed? They've been under construction for a long time. And what are they going to be used for?

It will be complete when they figure out how to fleece even more money from the cashcows 🤣
I'm scared to death. After the services 2.0 fiasco I hate seeing anything "new" come out of this group!!!
