I lost the ability to do any bonus assignments and lost all my golden tickets.. over 1500.... Now have been waiting for more than 90 hours for customer non-service to do absolutely nothing about it.. have started playing Designer City 2 which has much better game play.. if nothing happens with customer non-service will delete the game after having played it for many years and reaching level 134..
I wouldn't bother with this game anymore.. if you continue playing it don't spend any money but complete what you can and accept the fact that you will never achieve all the tasks and obtain all the buildings or rewards... I have started playing Designer City 2 which is more involved and has many more styles of buildings where you can progress without spending money...
I can now say that after waiting more than 5 days for a resolution to my problem it has been resolved to the satisfaction of EA.. Yes .. EA is happy they has resolved the issue. They have done absolutely nothing FOR ME and have thanked me for contacting them. They are also happy for me to contact them again if I have any issues. I guess if I have more problems with the game they will again do nothing and simply thank me for contacting them.. I cannot express my gratitude for all the assistance they DID NOT PROVIDE .... I guess I will now spend my time playing Designer City 2..
