I created my town and the people were happy 100% at level 8.Until I bought the small sewage outflow pipe and place it into the town (I bought two, because I have 11 buildings.Now. the happiness is at 79% and I receive this message http://i.imgur.com/SqXw9Jr.png wherever I put the pipe.Any help?
You have to connect the road the sewage plants are on to your residential buildings. Just like water and electric, the roads are what connects the services to the homes. Just make a road from where you have the plants back to your houses area and make sure they are running into each other (traffic will start moving on the road). Then touch and hold on one of the sewage plants, and you should not only see the dirty radius, but also the paths in brown lines of the sewage going from the houses to the sewage plants. If you do not see those, they are not connected to the houses and the sewage is not being collected.
