A way to exchange Popsicles to snowflake coins?
In the previous contest, you could exchange for expedition coins in the seasonal currency showcase. However, there doesn’t appear to be anywhere to exchange popsicles for snowflake coins which are needed to purchase the buildings in the limited time shop which are in turn needed to complete the seasonal collection in the city album. At this point, the popsicles seem useless without a way to exchange for snowflake coins.

The Showcase works a little differently this time around from the previous contest. While there isn’t an option to exchange Popsicles for Snowflake Coins in the Seasonal Showcase, there is a way to turn those Popsicles into Snowflake Coins with the new “Chicago Missions”!
Here’s how it works: Popsicles can be used to complete new quests in the Chicago Missions, and those quests will reward you with Snowflake Coins. You can then use those Snowflake Coins to exchange for buildings in the Seasonal Showcase.
