I accidentally bought the 70,000 simoleons on Simcity Buildit using my 1000 simcash? Can i refund that?
EA might have stopped refunding or giving you for accidental purchase. The last time I’ve heard people got paid was 1-2? years ago.
Wish they add confirmation button or let the simleon pop up stop.
@Monofeeder I’ve seen some players got replacement simcash for their accidental purchase, not even refund. 1,000 simcash might be too much but it’s worth try.

This has happened to me twice, they do not refund anything. I have begged them to refund and Change it. Who would like to spend 1000 Cash for such a small amount of coins, noone. Also what makes it easy to buy accidentally is that the whole blue square works, not only the yellow square with 1000 as it should in my opinion. The big square is right next to X where you can close Windows and it is a real trap.
Oh. Thats frustrating if it happened to you twice. I really hope you get back your simcash by winning in contest!

This is so depressing to hear because this literally just happened to me!!
I attempted to claim my daily cash but accidentally touched button that is right next to daily cash which is "1800 cash" for "129,600 coins" which was TOTAL accident and 100% mistake! I did NOT mean to touch the button, that was the wrong button and now the game has removed 1800 sims cash from my account and gave me 129,600 useless coins.
I did NOT want those coins nor that transaction! That was 100% accidentally button touch. 1800 cash has been removed. I was simply trying to collect my dailycash and accidentally touched button that is right next to dailycash.
Very disheartening to hear that I am basically screwed in a major way!!
