Account sync issues with Facebook

I have an iPhone and once I tried to login through my android phone as my mobile battery was low. When again I tried to login through my iPhone it says it’s linked with other account. I logged out of other device and even deleted the game. I even tried removing the same from Facebook and reinstalled it . It’s not getting sync on my I phone. But it’s getting in android if I try . Please need help.

  • @joshua007581 - This sounds really frustrating... and sort of strange, I'm wondering if your city somehow got linked to your Google Play account when you played on your Android phone, and then returning to the iPhone is now causing these issues. I'm not completely certain, but I thought that linking through Facebook supersedes Google Play and Game Center.

    So, I'm not sure this will help but let's give it a try - close SCBI on your iPhone, then go back to the android phone & log out of Facebook AND Google Play. Open SCBI, then try logging into your city using Facebook. Maybe play a little just to get it something to synch, then log out of everything on the Android phone again. Hopefully, that synchs it to Facebook.

    Then, back on the iPhone, make sure you're not logged into Game Center - if you uninstalled / reinstalled, you'll need to play through the tutorial long enough to get to where it lets you log in. Log in with Facebook and see if it brings up your city. 🤞 Hopefully, you will be able to continue with your original city from Facebook.

    If this doesn't work, I think you'll need to file a request with customer technical support to see if there's anything they can do for you.
