Add a feature to help me find a particular building

When I open a Specialization to look at the buildings available - for example, in the Space specialization, I want to find all the observatories I've built - there should be a button that will take me to the observatory in my city. In a heavily built-out city, it's hard to find things on my own. There should be a Show button to take me there along with arrows to take me to the next one if there is more than one built.
