I have been playing this game for almost 10 years. These ads are getting ridiculous! 15 second ones is reasonable. Even the 30 second ones are fine, but waiting on an ad that is over a minute and a half is insane! I love this game, but the ads make me want to stop playing.
The ads for game apps are the worst. You sit through the ad, then you have to wait to push a tiny button to close a couple of other screens. It could take well over a minute to get back to SCBI. Frustrating.
I agree and I don’t get why companies that produce such ads don’t realise that it’s counter-productive. Nothing makes me NOT want to play a new game more than these type of ads. A 20 to 30 second ad should be enough to sell a good product.

There's currently an ad for a game called Gossip Harbor, and it drives me crazy! After you watch the ad, you're then forced to play a taster of the game, and it's really tricky to navigate back to Simcity!
I've reported the Gossip Harbor ad multiple times, but it still keeps coming up. The EA form for reporting the ad, claims that ill never see the ad again, but that's clearly not true.
