Ads won’t close with x need to close game
Any ads that run will not close with the x they are froze at end. This has been for 4 days and i am unable to use any of the skip times or receive any of the rewards. Help please

on occasion I run into an ad that does this. i stumbled on a simple fix that works most times. physically turn your device into the upright position. if the ad switches into portrait mode you should be able to close it without having to shutdown the game.
