Need an update now
This morning one of my friends on the game and team mates got kicked, and he was the president of the club too. He no longer showed as my teammate and friend and I could not add him back, I am now the president and he cannot join until the war ends. I was worried that me or him got hacked, is this a bug?? Please fix this issue. While your at it make it so you can forfeit a war or end it AT ANY TIME. While this whole thing was happening he could not join back. I do not want to start a war now but cannot end it.

So, after a whole lot of discussions and research... Depending on your device... A-Series / M-Series The software conflict between SimCity Buildit and iOS is likely miscommunication between the game and iOS 18 - 26.3 updates between March 2025 - February 11, 2026. Specifically, a conflict with the Metal Graphics API released by Apple. Without a step-by-step approach to troubleshooting... Well... You may be waiting for a solution. Your devices are becoming obsolete. Or, reluctant to try every suggestion because for whatever reason this is the only app overheating and malfunctioning on your device. Why? VRAM is exhausted. Disable Game Mode Settings--> General --> Background Apps Refresh... If on, Turn off Settings --> General --> iPad Storage --> SimCity Buildit --> Offload App / Reinstall on Same page. Hard Restart / force restart... Do not shutdown. Volume Up, Volume Down, hold power button. Then, Consider experimentation with Liquid Glass, any other Display/Resolution and accessibility options. Then, let me know.
Looking for an update - Freezing since Services 2.0
I’m looking to see if anyone has an update or fix for the skipping or freezing issue with my game? I know the designers will not answer this. I have an Apple phone. Since the start of the new Services 2.0 season(10 days now), the game constantly skips or freezes. It is definitely decreasing my play time, and I started playing other games and looking for another City builder games. I’ve invested over 2 years and lots of money on this game. But my enjoyment level has decreased significantly with all these updates and money making changes. For instance, just the change of 3 weeks per season versus 4 and increasing the Mayor’s contest premium from $7.99 to $8.99 will increase their money intake $50 a person per year for all who are longtime players. One or the other would have been an increase in revenue, but both just makes it a little more unbearable.

In my capital city only- every time I try to upgrade a road, add a service, or even a new building my screen goes black and it freezes. Therefore I am unable to upgrade roads, services, or pretty much do anything in my capital city… for reference- I am playing on iOS.Bug - items not showing up in city storage
So this has happened several times with items I created, but now it's happening when I buy items. They are not showing up in city storage. I purchased shoes from the global trade hq. I ended up buying simcash because I didn't have enough simeolians. The trade hq took my simcash and they weren't delivered to my city storage. Really EA? It's annoying when my factories create it and it doesn't show up, but when I use actual cash? Nah. This needs to be fixed.
