WRONG FOV AFTER TODAY'S UPDATE
iPhone 14 Pro Max — incorrect camera aspect ratio/FOV after latest update. UI elements retain correct proportions, but the city viewport is incorrectly scaled/zoomed. Issue began immediately after updating. Rebooting and reinstalling/offloading the app don't resolve it. iOS 26.6.1.437Views8likes18CommentsHOW TO FIX!
So like everyone here I’ve also been having problems with my sims city being off center. Every time I try and click on something it clicks on something else.. WELL I was trying to figure out how to collect my daily things specifically the daily chest in store area and I couldn’t click the collect button so I just started spam tapping and it made me watch an add for 7 cash (the option next to the daily chest) so I let the video play and when it was done my game was back to NORMAL! Idk if that’s the reason it got fixed but it was off center before the ad and the second it was finished my game was working perfectly again. If anyone is having issues with the game being off center try that and hopefully it starts working!Solved241Views0likes5Commentswill SCBI work on ios27?
iOS 27 is scheduled to be released on September 14, 2026. This release will come just before the launch of the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max later that week. Are the developers working to ensure the game will be compatible with this newest iOS update and Apple hardware releases? Can one of the community managers please respond? If no response I will assume not one is listening.39Views0likes1CommentYesterdays SimCity update messed up my game
This last update has shifted everything where everything is off center. You can’t push any buttons because nothing is lined up. Even when you open the game everything is off…Does anyone know if there’s an update to fix this issue that was created with yesterday’s update?88Views3likes3CommentsRegions and utilities?
Hi there, Ive been getting mixed answers to my question online so I thought coming on here would probably be the smartest move at this point. I recently unlocked my first region (frosty fjords) and my residential zones weren’t asking for utilities and not changing demand in my capital yet changing demand in my region (but here’s the kicker, my zones weren’t asking for it and I was able to upgrade etc. and happiness was at 100% in my region) which brought me into looking at this originally but now after having the region for a couple of days all of a sudden they’re asking for utilities (more specifically water, but just water not any other utility). So my question is… do all regions and capital city share the same utilities and I just need to increase my water supply in my capital or does each region require its own utility network? Thanks in advance.Solved49Views0likes3CommentsScaled Down Graphics - bug
Subject: Device Profile Issue: iPad Air 11-inch (M2) locked into low-end graphic profile / missing shadows and shaders Hello, I am writing to report a device-recognition graphic bug on my iPad Air 11-inch (M2 chip, 8GB RAM) running the latest version of iPadOS. Even though this device features desktop-class hardware, SimCity BuildIt is failing to recognize the M2 processor and is defaulting to the lowest-tier "Safe Mode" graphic profile. Observed Graphic Regressions: Missing Dynamic Shadows: There are zero building or object shadows rendered on the terrain, making structures look flat. Downgraded Shaders: Water rendering is completely flat blue with no transparency, reflection, or ripple shaders active. Aggressive LOD Scaling: Heavy texture downscaling and blocky models on trees and props. I have already attempted a clean application reinstall and toggled iPadOS Display Zoom settings, but the application remains locked in the low-performance profile. It appears the device identifier for the M2 iPad Air (11-inch) is missing from the game's internal hardware configuration/whitelist file. Could you please escalate this to the engineering team so this model identifier can be added to the high-performance graphics tier in the next optimization update? Thank you36Views1like0Comments
