Advert not giving reward

Currently the only advert I get is the Disney+ "Agatha After All" interactive advert. It has the X in the top right corner that closes it and and X on a slide bar on the top left corner that can't be interacted with.

No matter how long you watch the advert for or interact with the advert there is no indication you've met the minimum time and when you click the right hand X I always go back to the game and get a message saying "Tip: Watch the full advert to get the reward" or words to that effect. 

As it's the only advert I get it means I can't get any rewards for watching adverts as you can't get that advert to meet the minimum watch time for the reward.

    This is happening to me too!!! With the Agatha advert 

    This has happened before! With a garnier and and NHS and drink driving advert in February  24..

    PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!

    Same for me (playing Real Racing 3 on Android). Even if i reset (or delete) my Google advertising ID the issue persists, this is the only advert that comes up and it does not reward me for watching it.

    This one works on Android 8 and 14 but not 13, 

    Edit Samsung running Android 13 with One UI has the issue

    Another brand of device running fine with Android 13 so I dunno where the problem lies.

    Same here,same thing happened with the NHS mmr one and the working in childcare one

    Likewise. I contacted support & I was just told to contact ‘Offerwall’. I did this & they told me to contact another party, & so on & so forth - felt like I was being stone walled. Frustrating. Exhausting. I think the company needs to take responsibility to look after its game playing customers by thoroughly checking that advertisements grant the agreed rewards. It surely can’t be that difficult to set up an individual account & save us all wasting out time & becoming agitated in the process.

    The company running the Ad's Tapjoy are committing FRAUD. They were investigated by the US FTC IN 2021 Who ruled against them. You can find loads of stuff about it by putting "tapjoy ftc ruling 2021" into Google. You can also find the FTC Ruling on the matter. What is happening here IS A CRIME it is FRAUD. If you visit the FTC site there is a really simple form you can fill in to report TAPJOY. The ruling by the FTC put TAPJOY on a 10 year watch list so the more people who report them the more likely something will be done. Tapjoy told me to contact the advertiser (NHS, Disney) about the malfunctioning Ad's. I play EA Sports' Buildit and spend my time and money there, yet I am expected to start chasing Global corporations around about dodgy adverts that FRAUDULENT. It s not me getting paid by them to show Adverts to their target audience it's EA. EA should do something but as they don't/won't please contact The FTC they have/will.
