After 10.3.3 update, game loads to black screen on 12.9" 2nd gen iPad Pro. Help!

    A new update for the game is available to download from the App Store, which should fix this issue. Could you please download and try the new version of the game in your iPads?

Hi everyone, 

2 days ago I updated my iPad to the latest version (10.3.3) and since then the game wont start. It's a black screen. It seems like the sounds works every now and then, but the screen stays black. 

Ive contacted EA already and they gave me a bunch of basics steps to follow and none of them worked for me. 

Does anyone else has this problem, or has any idea how to fix it?

Are you playing on new IPad Pro 12.9? Seems anyone playing on that has the same issue. EA could only say that the team were working to see how to make the game run "better" on those devices and "perhaps" a fix would be in a future update - not hugely encouraging!
