You really don’t get a good picture in nighttime view. That’s why I don’t use night for pictures. As far as other requirements, they wouldn’t be able to submit if the requirements are not met. It can affect how people vote if things are not seen though. I generally don’t vote if the only thing visible is landscape designs. I like to see the whole city.
