Another daily quest bug

Today I have upgraded at least four redidential buildings but only the first one was countend for the daily assignment. 

Yesterday only simoleons counted in daily assignments.  Today, trains were given credit.  But, still no credit for upgrading residential buildings. 

Coins update, but trains and buildings haven't. 

Yesterday, only the simolean challenge in the daily assignments worked.

Today, the train dispatch challenge worked in the daily assignments.

Can I expect that tomorrow the building upgrade challenge will work?

Do I understand correctly, that the there are supposed to be 3 active daily challenges that are all working every day?  Or is only one active per day, with the suite resetting only after all three have been achieved?

Lots of wasted game time and game resources if it’s the latter.
