Anyone missing pink diamond credits?

So I completed the first Black Friday track, the landscape track. Then, nothing. No credits for upgraded buildings. Out of no where, I earn credit for the next 5 buildings I upgrade, 100 pink diamonds (20 each upgrade). Then nothing once again. I’m supposed to be way passed the power plant. I see the pink diamonds pop up when I upgrade a building, along with the population and level increase. But it’s not giving me credit. Can’t get help, only advised to post here. Def annoying.
