Area (Item Dimensions)

When you select an item, it shows an area. Great Gas Station has an area of 22x22. I'm assuming this is its catchment area. 

But can we have the item dimensions? So before we unlock an item we can know how much space it will take up. To-Ji Complex has an area of 18x22, (catchment?), which is smaller than the Great Gas Station, but the space it takes up is about 2 1/2x bigger. 

A residential building (zone) is, for example, 2x2, and a Ferris Wheel is 3x3. Can we get these dimensions listed on items?
